Do girls care a lot about acne on a guy?
I usally don't have a lot of acne, but lately i have started getting break out. I was wondering... do girls really care about acne on a guy?

- ugh. yes. especially if its raised and painful oily drippy looking. pizza face is gross.
- Sort of. Skin tells us how they take care of themselves .... but that doesn't mean you should quickly judge them by their appearance ... if the guy is really trying to get rid of it ... then thats okay. It's better then a guy who doesn't care about his skin and continues to get bad acne is really gross.
