Which acne skin care product should I use?
I have eczema. Because of this, my skin gets extremely dry and irritated when I use certain products. I have tried Stridex, and yes, it gets rid of my acne, but my skin gets so dry it sounds like sandpaper when I rub it. I've used some face creams, but that makes my face swell slightly. I'm thinking of trying either Proactive or Murad. Price isn't too big of a problem, but which won't damage my skin completely? My acne isn't horrible, just a stupid pimple every once in a while, but what are your thoughts?

- If you have facial eczema every now and then you probably shouldn't use anything that will dry your face out which can cause your eczema to get worse. What you should do is use Neutrogena Oil Free Face Wash, it's really gentle and light but clears your skin within weeks.
