can you buy the clean and clear acne control kit in England?

i know they sell clean and clear in england as i use it now. i just wondered if they sold the acne control kit as i have never seen it before. i desperatley need to get rid of my spots!! sorry its not me asking these questions my sisters got hold of my account sorry...x =[
