- If you can't find it online. Google his guidelines "Acne free in 3 days guidlines" and it may pop up. You could ask on Y!A dermatology (something like that it's under health) about the guidelines. If you can't find it anywhere online look at your local public library.

- Check the library. They might have a hard copy of that book, or another on acne cure or prevention, that you can borrow for free.
- it says you eat 10 apples a day for three days and use some sort of enema on the first two days in my opinion, it sounds like a load of crap. mini-fasting may help your acne short term, but it won't in the long term
