Face is now dried out after using acne cream, now what? How do I get my face back to normal?
It looks horrible like leather, on my forehead, would cocoa butter help?

- Anything non-oily, Oil causes some acne as well as dirt. Don't use so much Stridex either.
- Lotion would probably help a lot
- just let it take its time
- hi I would advice you to try some home based remedies for skin ,hair and weight problems, this link has some good information it sure did help me so here goes, http://tinyurl.com/m6kcr good luck
- try a non-oil based moisturizer. It is very important to moisturize everyday. then, when you have to use acne cream, it does not have such a drastic effect on your skin.
- If you have an organic supply store such as Sunflower Market, Whole Foods Market, etc., Go to where they sell the creams, and purchase a cream called Borage by ShiKai, it's a little pricey, but it clears up dry skin within just a few days.
- ooh dear. exfoliate exfoliate! if you dont have any natural/non-irritating (unscented, nonchemical) exfoliator, get some sugar and a washcloth, put the sugar on the washcloth and then wet it and massage the gritty cloth on the affected area. but dont scrub! that will make your skin get mad at you. just go in circular motions. it may take a few days for it to go back to normal, but if you keep doing this, itll be okay! also, after you rinse off the sugar and water make sure the moisturizer you use is mild, fragrance free, and noncomedogenic, aka it doesnt clog pores. your skin will be back to normal in no time. good luck!
- cocunut oil!!! it works very well... i use it all the time. apply it before bed and in like 2 days your skin will be well hyderated!!! and as a plus i find that it heals acne too! so i hope it works for you!!!
- After you wash your face, put on a moisterizer... it smoothes your skin, and keeps it from getting dry...
- You must use a moisterizing cream. It would be better if you take this matter to a dermathologist
