Does the sun get through acne cream?

I have some acne cream on my zits right now and i want to tan also...if i have this cream on will it block the sun on those areas?

5. It won't unless the cream has a sunblock in it. Read the label, find out if there is any sunblock and, if not, it won't prevent you from tanning.
6. the sun goes thru everything, duh! Just read the directions and make sure you don't stay in the sun too long.....cuz ya face might get red, etc.
