How can I clean and take care of my acne with every day around the house items?

- uh.. use soap to wash it.
- Toothpaste dabbed on the spots at night can assist. Use plain Crest if you can.
- Shave your acne off if you're hardcore enough and keep your face clean with soap and water. Maintain healthier skin by doing exercises where you sweat and wash your face afterwards.
- I don' t know if you should be using around the house items, but that's your question so you can use baking soda with water on your face or toothpaste.
- DO NOT SHAVE OFF ACNE! THAT'S LIKE ASKING FOR THE BACTERIA TO SPREAD AND MAKE MORE PIMPLES! I KNOW SOMEONE WHO DID THAT AND IT GOT WAY WORSE AND HURT A LOT!! REGULAR SOAP ALSO MIGHT DRY OUT YOUR SKIN! go out and buy one thing. St. Ives pore wash. it's simple and easy to use. i use it all the time, it won't dry out your skin and you'll just need a little bit, the bottles last forever. plus it isn't specified for girls, it has plain packaging so you won't be embarrased to use or buy it. for someone with bad acne, wash your face once at night and once in the morning with it. it'll help. good luck. i hope it clears up.
- OMG. Don't shave acne off. You will have scars all over your face. What worked great for me was Listerine. Use it on a cotton swap and it will zap them fast. Stay away from pure rubbing alcohol though. Your face needs to retain some moisture and rubbing alcohol will take that out as well.
- For oily skin use: Egg whites and use as a mask for 10 mins and rinse off and use moisturizer. Dry skin: Avocado, or oatmeal blend with water and use as mask.
- Many people make the mistake of 'over-washing' their faces. Use a mild soap, such as Dove, no more than twice daily. Sometimes eliminating soap altogether (but using a wash rag and water) can ease the acne problem. Afterward, splash on some Witch Hazel formula as an astringent. Let me know if this helps.
