1. I would suggest a dermatologist. I cannot stand seeing kids like that. It breaks my heart. It has to be so hard on them and their parents must be unfeeling, uncaring morons to let it go without professional help.
2. u can wash ur face twice a day dont put that much make up on and if u do make sure u wash it off before going to bed and wash ur pillow cases at least twice a month due to dead skin and dust mights. u can try creams but becareful some might break u out. akne runs realy bad in my family and that was ony thing i could think of to do not to get it so bad i am 29yrs old and dont have akne
