  1. Maintain a diet that is rich in cottage cheese, salads, fresh juices, fish and yogurt. These help to cleanse your system and ward off pimples.More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
  2. don't eat greasy foods. if you have to, drink A LOT of water after. use clean and clear morning burst oil-free face wash. you can use it at night. it doesn't really matter. also, try using a humidifier in your room. don't always think that acne has to do with oily skin. it could be infected because it's too dry. when you wash your face, splash on warm water a couple of times, use soap, then rinse with cold water. PAT yourself dry. hoped that helped! :]
  3. First of all pimples is a medical condition of the skin, dermatologist are specialist doctors that will treat them. Most commercial products are intended for the mass market to make money, they are not tested on every individual (especially if it is very severe; 'Do Advertises ever have testimonies from people with very serious pimple breakouts?', things that will scare my pet!?). NO, they are usually for mild condition of the pimples. they sell to people like myself in the pass; scared, unsure and don't know what to do, so i searched the net for products or watch tv ads...for a quick fix, while there is no such thing for some... ...i have used more than 20 products (clearasil, proactiv, facial, herb, oral meds, creams....etc), they DO work BUT do not produced a result that is cost effective or consistent, until my dermatologist gave me a vitamin based drug call Roaccutane, it can be refer to as a CURE. (i still get them sometimes, but not as bads as before where it is like the moons surface literally!) Roaccutane is not for everyone, without gov support it can cost about $120 a box for a month, and u will likely need it for 7-9 months. I suggest you seek PROFESSIONAL help, they have anything from mild antibiotic to long term cure/solutions. Pimples IS a common problem, and THERE IS A CURE. however, there is no quick fix for prolonged infections of pimples. just like many others things in life. A good diet, sweaty exercises, and sleep well is the key things that is easy to do that will reduce pimple outbreaks.
