  1. A few simple options.. oxy face wash, proactive or nutregena body (acne) wash and a lufa on a stick. Use it every day in the shower - once it clears use it a few times a week to keep on top of things.
  2. That sort of breakout can be caused in part by sweating. If you eat a lot of greasy and processed foods, the toxins come through in your sweat, which can cause breakouts. Drink more water than you do now, and that will detoxify your sweat somewhat. Also, keep up on your hygiene, but don't overdo it, since too much washing and scrubbing will only aggravate the situation. There are numerous topical creams and lotions that can be applied anywhere on the body. Just watch out for anything with benzoyl peroxide. It can be irritating to already broken skin, and also, since it has peroxide, it can damage your clothing by leaving bleach marks. Tea tree oil is a great natural anti-acne preparation too. Good luck!
  3. i use the neutrogena way and its great for removing makeup and cleaning pores..its supposed to make your skin clean and clearer so it might help with your acne
  4. Good stuff for a girl on a budget. I've been using this product to treat my adult acne for about a year. It works better than Proactiv and better than the Philosophy salicylic acid regimen and it's much less expensive. The SPF 15 in the moisturizer is nice, too. Though I haven't had perfect, miraculous results with the Neutrogena kit, I've been better able to control my acne with this than anything else I've tried. I've found my skin to be smoother, I have less redness and fewer pimples. The blemishes I do get seem to be smaller and fade faster and my skin seems less oily. I also like that it's only two steps, twice a day. As a busy mom I really appreciate being able to do my entire skincare regimen in less than four minutes. The only reason I gave this product four stars instead of five is because it didn't completely clear up my acne. But I'm starting to think that's not going to happen without the help of a dermatologist. http://www.suburbanskyshopping.com/shop/amazon_products_feed.cgi?Operation=ItemLookup&ItemId=B000EPA4FW
