- clean and clear message me for moreeeeeeee
- Acne Free or Proactive systems work the best. Any system that comes with its own toner, cleaner, and repair lotion. This is assuming the problem is coming from just oily skin and not diet.
- Proactive is REALLY good in my opinion. It is really expensive but if you dont wwant acne, it's well worth it.
- Proactive is the best thing I've used compared to many drugstore cleansers like Clean & Clear, Oxy, Clearasil, etc . It works very well if you use it correctly. The only down side is it that it can be a bit pricey if you're not in the US.
- I'd say that ever since I've started using Dr. Hauschka's products, my skin has improved. I started doing the Oil Cleansing Method and so far so good. I grew up using almost every acne product out there, i.e. Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Retin-A, antibiotics, etc. and nothing worked. The antibiotics and birth control pills worked, but once I got off of them, my acne came back with a vengeance since they screwed up my body's hormonal balance - not to mention my liver. Google "Liver - Acne" and you'll see that your liver is the key to preventing acne. Maybe you need a liver cleanse - drink fresh apple juice & buy some Milk Thistle pills - both are good ways to detox your liver.
