Acne Skin Care

Acne Cream?

This might be a stupid question but do you need to be over 18 to buy acne cream? Also if you could name some good brands that would be awesome.

  1. I'm 15 and got pretty bad acne myself man. I've had no trouble what so ever buying any creams and ive tryed pretty much every decent one so you should'nt. As for the best cream, ive tryed around 10-15 creams and ive only ever stuck with one. QUINODERM!! It stings for a bit when you put it on...but i guess that just shows its working. what you want to do is wash ya face with just normal soap and then put the cream on before you go bed. Your skin may also go a tiny bit red...but stick with it! i did and im so glad i did as i would say i have around 70-80% less spots as i did before i had QUINODERM!!
  2. I'm in my 30s and STILL have acne. Mine is attributed to bad eating habits and caffeine but yours may be something different. Best bet would be to go visit the doctor and explain the situation. It'll keep you from buying a bunch of drug store crap that doesn't work.
  3. You may want to invest in Pro active. I'm in my 30's and it works very well for me. I have a son that is 14 and a son that is 11 and they use it for spot areas and they really like it. Another product that isn't that expensive is Clear and Clean by Neutrogena. Awesome stuff. Something that I tell my sons too is, don't touch your face a lot. Your hands carry the most germs and bacteria and when you sweat and touch your face your adding to the bacteria that is already there. So when your mom says to wash your hands, do it.
