Is it possible to get acne free in one month??
well its about one month until my senior yr comes and i really want to be acne free...i have little to moderate acne but i always got some and im sick of it....problem is i want to get my tan back too and it seems like when i tan i sweat then that causes acne which i cover with creams or face wash an that seems to mess up the tan.........ive tried Acne Free and proactiv and they both made my face WORSE.......what should i use? and is it possible to get tan and acne free in a month??

- go to a dermatologist i am on adoxa pills and benzaclin cream.. it works the best on me.. and also if you dont want to have to go to a dermatologist try the acnefree system you can get it at walmart or walgreens any pharmacy
- You can see an improvement in a month. But do not discontinue once you see results or it'll come back. It may get worse before it gets better, btw.

- What i do is use a neutrogena scrub (the microclear stuff) in the shower in the morning, then i put this neutrogena gel that makes spots go away in 8 hours (also microclear) right after getting out of the shower (i put more on throughout the day - that means i only wear blusher, not foundation for makeup). Then, at night, I use the scrub again, and put toothpaste (the regular kind) all over my face, like a mask and hop into bed. It kind of dries the acne, but i don't know about your tan problem. ALSO don't eat a whole of chocolate or greasy foods (both of those are my weaknesses) but they cause spots
- it might be embarrassing and all since your a guy.. but go buy the newest seventeen magazine. They have a month calander program to get clear skin before school.. if its too embarassing have your mom buy it or a girl you know who wont laugh at you. also its pricy but zeno is supposebly really good. its a machine that clears up your acne in little over a day.
- YES, I cured my acne in about a week (not including the scars) I am by no means a salesman or affiliate, but let me tell you how I cured acne. I have had acne since I was 13 up until 20 years old. I bought an ebook called "Acne Free in 3 Days" by Chris Gibson from his website. Basically, all those drugs and creams just temporarily cause acne to calm down. However, you will still need to use them on a daily basis. Well with his book, acne is caused by the toxins in your body (think all the junk you ate in your life) and also excessive sugar intakes. In order to cure acne, you need to get rid of the toxins. With the book, you follow a simple 3 day diet and your face should not break out anymore. Although it wasn't so easy, it was well worth it in the end. All I have left are scars from acne, which are healing quite well day by day. Do a search for google or yahoo on "Acne free in 3 days" by Chris Gibson and pay for the book, it is well worth it. Not only will you save money from these drugs, you will save time and never worry about acne for a looonggg time. Btw, I used Proactiv for about 6 months. After about 3 weeks, it stops working.
