  1. TEA TREE OIL
  2. i have sensitive skin too. i had a acne problem a while ago. i have heard thogh if you put honey on blemishes then a bandaid overnight for a few nights. it helps. blackheads are caused from dirt, so you can probably try washing it more
  3. Apple cider vinegar: Apple Cider Vinegar is an effective natural agent that cures acne by killing the bacteria and balancing our skin's pH level (which is a measure of acidity). It also absorbs excessive oil from our skin, which is a leading cause of acne. * Dilute the Apple Cider Vinegar in water by one part of vinegar and 3 to 4 parts of water. * Apply the solution directly to your skin with clean cotton, and leave it there for about ten minutes. * After ten minutes, rinse off the vinegar. * Repeat this three times a day. For severe cases of acne, the solution can be used overnight without rinsing. If your going to wash your face use this method: 1. wet your face with warm water 2. wash your face with a mild facial wash with salicylic acid 3. rinse with ice cold water Note: keep your hands off your face. Especially if you have dirty hands. Your pores are open and the bacteria from your hands could enter your pores and cause acne.
  4. The black heads are my WORST enemies. I have them all over my nose and i really struggle with them. My skin isnt very sensitive, and i dont have any other acne its just the black heads. But when i pop them, they go away!!! but i have so many...
  5. you get blackheads by getting clogged pores so you need to unclog them. I suggest you allow steam to hit your face maybe by the sink or boil some water and turn of the heat and put your face above the steam for like 20 minutes then wash your face with this remedies get 2 tablespoons of sugar and add a little bit of water to make like putty then add just a very little bit more water to make it a little runny apply it to your face and scrub gently with your index middle a ring fingers for a minute then wash off very good or else skin after wards will get sticky! Oh ya!! rinse with cold water but if you can't take it make it warm! Hope this helped! it really should work but don't forget not rite away it takes time!

  10. First, I understand where you're coming from. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body as well. It was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription medications, antibiotics, over the counter medications, and even shots from the dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it. I never did until many years later when it didn't matter as much. Here's what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way. It's not a topical issue, it doesn't help much to treat it from the outside, it's an inside job. When you treat it from the outside it's like treating the symptoms, not the cause. You'll hear from many people that's not the case, and it's usually because they want you to buy their creams or lotions, and keep buying them month after month after month (or they haven't experienced the truth). Of course, when you stop using it (as you've experienced) your blemishes come back... because you're not treating the cause. And the costs for all of these routines/drugs add up month after month. If you think about it logically, it makes sense. Why do we get rashes, breakouts, or other skin irritations? It's usually because of something we ate, something that wasn't meant to be put on our skin, something that caused us stress and our body reacts to all those things. Bottom line is that most every cause of acne is related to what you eat, how you feel and how you take care of yourself. Your skin is a reflection of what's on the inside. We have lots of toxins building up in our systems and they have to be cleaned out on the inside and that will reflect on the outside. The blemishes, rashes, acne, etc are indications that your body is reacting to what you're eating, to stress, toxins, chemicals, hormones... literally a great number of things. Basically what I did in a nutshell was clean out my system by taking out the processed and junk foods, and added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible. This part is key. I also started drinking a lot of water daily, starting with 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a squeeze of fresh lemon at times). I also got more active every day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, just getting active. It not only gave me more energy, it help flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system. I followed the regimen in these two books I found: http://theacnefreein3days.blogspot.com/ and http://theacnenomore.blogspot.com/
