You should use proactive skin care, I saw it on a commercial.
I would use some proactive, I never had any acne just some pimples and i would use pro.......
Cleanse and tone. Keep your skin moisturized but not with something oily. Always clear of makeup, and as much as you may hate it don't put make up on blemishes because they clog it up and they don't go away as fast. Change your bed sheets every two weeks or else they deff. cause pimples.
theres the acne free stress control stuff that works REALLY well. it wont seem to do much for a few days but after that it really starts going away
That's so easy!..........other than wasting money onn products jus use to simple house hold items: Soap and Water!.... I'm 14 yrs. old and don't have any acne because I wash my face with soap and water everyday day. Wait I also use a another wash rage other then I one I use for my body so I'd suggest a white rag. With a white wash rag, you'll be able to see your dead skin as well as dirt come off your face easier than with a colored rag. But yeah, pretty much that's it and it's safe and easy!; Jus wash your facee once i the morning and once before bed or really anytime after you do an actvity like if you sweat but jus do that and you should be fine but if that isn't successful, then use cotton balls and acohol; the acohol will clean the dirt and dead skin as well, it jus might burn a little. But yup, that should help you! Good Luck :)
Lots of water, protein and exercise(*to sweat and clean the pores naturally*). you can try your luck with the specalized high fusion Proactive stuff, or things you can get at the store.. but they tend to clean 'too much' of the oils your body creates, forcing your body to think something is wrong and actually create an an overload of oils.
I used ProActiv, and it worked pretty well. It's simple to use- just 3 steps. If you buy it, be sure to get the defining mask as well, because you can put that on a pimple and leave it there overnight. I've also heard good things about Zeno. It's a little device that you can zap your pimples with- it's pricey though.
proactive! i have it and use it everyday and you wont find any acne on my face!
Well, i face thsi problem too, (unlike others that answered) and what's even worse is that i'm 13 so i'm goin through the whole horomone thing. anyway, i suggust you go to a spa and get a facial done because trust me, i had the WORST acne possible and i went to a dermatologist and everything. I EVEN used Proactiv! Proactiv MAY work for 15,16 and adults but it DEFINTLY DOESN'T WORK on TEENS! if u go to a spa and get a facial, they'll get rid of all the shit in your pores especially the stuff that cause acne to form. Then they gave me some make-up and wash i could use at home called TrUe cosmetics, (you can go to www.truecosmetics.com) and this stuff really works too. best of luck to you!

I have been battleing acne for the past 14 years. You can always go to a dermatologist and see if they recommend a prescription of antibiotics that can help. I did that as a teen when it was really bad! Now I try to stay away from antibitoics but I have tried Proactive and liked it.
