Acne Skin Care

i read on acne.org it is best when you apply acne cream to your face, you should rub it until it is absorb?

but what if the acne cream i'm using is tinted, which means it doesn't vanish, it usually cover the acne part , do i still rub it or do i just apply it on the acne area and let it dry by itself...it's oxy on the spot cream

  1. What I found is effective is rub in circular motions for 20 seconds and stop for 5. Keep repeating it for 2 minutes or until it feels dry. This gives time for your skin to reduce stimulation and absorb on it's own, while also increase stimulation and activates the chemicals in the product.
  2. Hi, I grew up with acne at a time when there were no viable solutions. My acne problem was severe and it did not make my high school days the best they could have been. Having "been there", it is not something I would wish on anyone. The topical solutions I used either burned my face and/or were ineffective. I have the pock marks to prove it. I am not a big believer in applying chemical creams and other products to the face. There is an inexpensive, common sense solution that provides results in 3 days and has helped many people with their acne problem. Check out this web site http://wapurl.co.uk/?XF5EY63 for more information. Good luck.
  3. I suggest you these home remedies to combat acne: -Wash the face twice daily with a tea of calendula -Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. -Apply this paste on the pimples and wash it after 20 minutes with warm water. Repeat for two weeks -Use aloe vera juice on the pimples morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps five months or longer). -Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples. -Rub garlic on and around pimples. -Apply fresh mint juice over the face every night for the treatment of pimples. -Pulverize 1/3 cup uncooked oats and then add ΒΌ cup of water. When it becomes the consistency of paste, apply on the pimples. -Apply raw papaya on swelling pimples. -Apply fresh lime juice mixed to a glass of boiled milk as a face wash for pimples. -Mix lime juice and rose water in equal portions and then apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with only water. -Apply tomatoes pulp on pimples and kept up to 1 hour then wash. -Make a pastof one cucumber and a carrot, and then mix with 1/4 cup oatmeal cooked and 1/2 cup of milk. Wash it off after 15 minutes. -Mix a teaspoonful of coriander juice with a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply to the face after thoroughly washing it, every night before retiring. -Beat one egg white and apply it on the face for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. -Rub an ice cube on the affected area if a pimple starting to break out on the face
  4. Different creams do different things and go on differently. But rubbing on top of a pimple is not a good idea. If the cream is a camouflage cream then try to blend it in and leave it to dry. But if it's a bacterial ointment then lightly rub it in - not too much or you will encourage irritation - just what you don't want. Try washing your face with facial cleansing bars and mild cleansing gels - they help to control the sebum which is what is causing the problem in the first place. Better yet - go to this website. They have a 3 day cure which is highly recommended - members of the American Holistic Health Organisation - and lots of recommendations. Go check them out. http://acnefree.tophealthresource.info
