when i apply my acne cream can i apply a moisturizer spf 15 over the acne cream when i go outside?

would it less effective if i put on the moisturizer over the acne cream? does the moisturizer spf 15 act like sunscreen?

1. yes alsways put on sunblock on top of cream! and no it doesnt effect the acne cream.
