Every once in a while, I will break out really badly, so what is a good non-prescription acne and blackhead cream or remover

honestly? this might sound weird... but purell with aloe [the hand sanitizer]. the aloe helps to not dry out your skin and it works miracles. if you really think about it... its purpose is to kill germs right? well that's all acne is.
neutrogena is fantastic, my dermatologist recommended it! I have pretty clear skin! Clean and Clear or Neutrogena! They worked wonders for me!
What works absolutely wonderfully for me (I get like, at the most one pimple a month now) is St. Ives Apricot Scrub and BenzaClin acne cream. BenzaClin IS a prescription, but it's really easy to get and it costs like, maybe fifteen dollars for two months worth of the stuff. Just go to your doctor and ask for a prescription for it and they'll give it to you.
