What acne cream can I use to get rid of pimples before saturday?

I have to go to my cousins baby shower, and I have acne on my face that is very noticeable like under the left hand side of my lower lip and then one on top of my left upper lip, one right where my eyebrow begins and another one on the side of my lip - they are very noticeable because they are red. What cream can I use that is affordable & I can find it in a drugstore called "Uniprix" Thanks a lot! >.> I asked for something that can be found in a drugstore .... proactiv you have to order & it's not cheap - please read the whole question next time!

1. proactiv works really good and a lot of times you can get it at little kiosks in malls.
2. just wash it was warm water and soap warm water opens your pores ususally that where pimple starts so just wash it

8. Try Tormentiol, it has a brown-ish cover-up color. AND IT WORKS!!!!!!! Works really quick if you apply it at all the times said. (3 TIMES A DAY)
9. I say ta hell with the creams. Use alcohol and a q-tip. Apply it a couple times in a few minutes. Kinda stings, but works way better. A pimple is an infection, so you have to kill the infection. Simply popping it won't do anything, and it'll come back. I use the alcohol and they are gone completely by the 2nd morning
10. um, most acne medicines take about 2 weeks to work. but the only one i can think of is from proactive, the refraining mask i think, i dunno. its the 'third step'. lmao.
11. Not many acne washes I have seen that are very effective quickly. (Those that are ok are quite expensive). I get an occasional pimple and I find that ever fresh makeup from maybelline does quite well at hiding them. find a tone that matches that of your face and apply all over your face. (you can use it everyday). It also is oil free and counts as a sunscreen as well. Good luck.
12. well i have used On the Spot by nuetrogena and it worked wonders, it just dries the pimples up really good. I found it at a local drug store and it was like 6 or 7 dollars, but it worth every penny. Good luck!
13. Try zap zit....it's just like Proactiv. And it's very strong so if u have sensitive skin i definitely would not suggest it because it can dry your skin. Edit: And you can find Zap Zip at any drugstore...

15. there isnt any thing but you can try tooth past it drys out your skin just put it on the pimple over night and then hope for it to be gone by saturday ;) and dont pick at it for sure!
16. You're not going to believe me but..... TOOTHPASTE!! I do it all the time and it works way better than any medication I've ever tried including Proactive. It needs to be White toothpaste (I don't know why). Cover the affected area for 30 minutes then wash it off and do it again. You won't believe the results! It will sting a bit and really dry out your skin if you do it a lot. But if you need an emergency miracle to get rid of it fast... NOTHING works better than white toothpaste!!!
17. you could get this great stuff called netrogena it works great as long as u use it every morning and night wash your face with antibactirail soap after u use it ok gtg by the way vote me the best answers I need to get 2 level 2 so i can vote see ya
18. I don't know if you'll have much time to clear anything up before Saturday, but it may help somewhat. Most OTC in drugstores should work well. Be sure to wash your face first with a good cleanser, then apply the creme...you don't need much...follow the manufacture directions.
19. there's a product by Neutrogena that I use called Acne Mark Fading Peel with Celluzyme, it's in a flat blue tube, got it for about $12. It's supposed to be an all-over face mask and not meant to be left on for longer than 10 minutes. But I like to use it for spot treatment - I dot it on the pimple and leave it overnight or until it just rubs off, and next day the swelling and redness definitely goes down. You might want to try it on only one of your problem spots and see how it responds. Or, if you still have the acne on the day of the shower, you can use concealer that has a green shade to it, instead of the usual skin-tone colored ones. The green will neutralize the redness so the spots will be even less noticeable. Hope this helps. Good luck. :)
20. Why do people make a big deal about having acne? Your family loves you no matter what you look like. Do not judge the book by the cover. Go see a dermatologist they can tell you exactly what cream you will need for your skin type. A word of advice. Remain calm ,relax, stress is the number one reason people get acne. Good Luck
