Good acne cream for a 16-year-old girl?

My 16-year-old daughter has bad acne and I cannot find a good cream. Proactive is okay- but won't work wonders. Any ideas?

1. i use neutrogena mask and wash. you can use it daily as a wash and then a mask. like every three days i put the mask on my zits while i sleep and when i wake up the are less gone. jersum
2. If you are willing to go to a dermatologist and get a prescription, BenzaClin is a really good acne cream. But in terms of what you can find at a drugstore, clearasil works pretty well.
3. She isnt using proactive consistently if its not working. Every day and night. All three things. and use the cream as a lotion, all over. I live in CO so it is dry here, but I just use a simple moisturizer as well. It is the only thing that works really good. Oh ya and I went on birth control. I know it is hard to hear, but it helps regulate hormones, so you dont break out as much. And always wear a sunscreen. She will have good skin that way.
4. I use nuetrogena acne bar soap and it was the only thing that works. The I use nature's cure acne cream and it comes with pills too that are all natural.
