Safe Acne Care During Pregnancy?

Hi everyone. I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and have unfortunately been breaking out pretty badly. Does anyone know what kind of acne treatments are safe during pregnancy?

1. I haven't found anything that cures the acne, but I've been washing my face twice a day with Noxzema. Also, drink lots of water. The acne is caused by toxins in your body, and the water will help flush them out. Make sure you don't over wash your face, it will deprive your face of natural oils. If your face is dry, you will produce more of these oils and cause yourself to break out.

The second half of pregnancy has actually improved my acne, and I don't need to use my Pro-Activ anymore. :) In my first trimester I used Pro-Activ once a day and that seemed to control the pimples. My OB said Pro-Activ and most OTC cleansers are safe to use. Just avoid Retin-A, minocycline, tetracycline, and never take accutane.
