Acne Skin Care
PImples. acne, Skin tone...anything...someone help please!!!!?
ok, so im starting to break out. ALOT!. i have had breakouts before. then i went to the derm. and it all went away. and now like 10 months later its back!!!...i dont know what to do. im getting alot of little bumps everywhere. even ones i cant see just feel. I need a resolution or whatever. and something that actually works. becuase i want clear flawless skin. like it was before. is there anything That i can use, B/c i dont wanna use harsh chemicals on it. and if anyone knows...can i buy Differen (a gel for acne that works real good) online...??? and if so is it ligit...bcuzz i really need some like SOON!!!!i dont like breaking out. im sure no one does. but appearance it important to me!!!!...so anyone have any suggestions? my skin is oily and dry..but its more on the dry side and i dont want to use anything that will over dry it. and how can i even out my skin tone. and under eye darkness..no matter how much i sleep it wont go away. and im not putting toothpaste on it.

- I have been suffering with acne since I was a kid. Here are a few things that seem to work for me: - Take flaxseed oil capsules (1000 mg), one in the morning, and one at night, preferably after a meal. Take a multi-vitamin once daily as well. After about a month or so, my skin started glowing, and people could see the change. - Avoid eating foods like bread and rice (http://www.reuters.com/article/healthNews/idUSKRA27320020070822) - If you don't want to use face washes with harsh chemicals, visit the Origins store and ask for recommendations. They use a lot of natural ingredients. I use three of their products: Checks & Balances face wash, Balanced Diet lotion, and Night-a-Mins lotion. Hope this helps!
