- First of all, never wash your face more than two times daily or it can make your ance more prone to breakin gout. Never touch or aggrevate your pimples! genes plays a major role in ance. Chances are that you got your ance from your parents. they might have ahd it when they were kids too. Ance is not cureable but treatable. Ask your mom to go to the doctor and let them check your skin. They will determine what's best to use on your ance and it wil be fine. Good luck. P.s don't try over the counter meds!!!they are useless and rarely works.!!!!!
- dont shower 3 times a day because your over-cleaning. probably over drying too. u need essential oils. just use water if products like clirasil and proactive dont work. eat healthy is a big one. eat lots of vegies too. keep hands off your face. dont use your nails, (dirty). exercise regularly, and drink plenty of water.
- Most of the blemishes and scars will go way over time, but this takes more than a year. I think there are also laser treatments for scars and stuff. I got this cream stuff that helps scars fade and gets rid of stretch marks but i didn't use it long enough for it to do any good. if you really want to get rid of the acne, you can go to your primary care doctor, and he will most likely prescribe antibiotics plus some topical creams or astringents. the anti-biotics work wonders. Birth control also helps. My dermatologist said that all forms acne can be treated, and in most cases will all but completely go away with treatment.
- dont shower 3 times a day.if ur face looks or feels greasy when u put moisturiser on ur skin.thats just normal is not oil tht is making the acne is the oil thats in ur skin and u need that oil to help u clear ur acne.use moisturiser.
