- Many of my friends swear by St. Ives. I use shea butter based cleansers myself. It all depends on your skin types and level of acne. If it's a very serious/unique problem I would recommend going to a dermatologist. If not, you could start out with St. Ives gentle apricrot scrub. It has salicylic acid, which gets rid of oil and dirt, and the granules remove dead skin etc. I don't use it very often, but you might find it useful.
- I use water and nothing but water 1-2 times a day. Sometimes I use whatever soap is lying around. Let me tell you something, I have used every protect out there to try to treat acne but then I stopped caring and ta-da it went away. It was amazing. I think products for your skin is a gimmick sometimes. They are too harsh and just make the skin irritated.
- the best thing is home remedies look them up online they are a cheap way to keep you skin feel refreshed also proactive is a very powerful treatment
- I used to have wicked bad acne. Try the new wave by neutragena. Use it in the morning and in the night. Replace the pad every couple of days.
- okay i know it sounds weird but when your in the shower scrub your face with head and shoulders then when you get out splash you face with really cold water do this for a week and you can tell your skin skin is starting to clear up if you have really bad acne make sure to take a shower everyday because when at ages 12-18 that is when your skin is really oily
- You know those commercials for Pro Active or whatever it is? Yeah, that stuff works. It gives you the whole kit - soap, the toner, lotion, creams, etc. I'm a guy so I don't know all the details but I do know that it works for everyone I know and I swear by it. Its worth the money.
- Neutrogena Clean and Clear works wonders for my skin, and you can find it at just about any local drugstore. I used to have bad acne until i started washing my face every morning and night. It doesnt take long and really makes a difference! Also, try to avoid touching your face, or having others tough it, at all costs. The oils from your skin will clog your pores!
- I have used an product called Sal Ac for years. It helps to remove the top layers of dead skin so your pores won't get blocked and cause an acne pimple. Also retin A cream was given to me by my M D which also helps to remove dead skin. Sal Ac can be ordered at your drug store without a prescription. It is a salicylic acid wash made by the company Medicis. For me it has worked great Hope I have been of some help to you.
- nothing. Google the ingredients and that's how you will know if you find mineral oil, lanoline, animal products, cologen then threw it away they will cause skin issues. Arbonne is pure safe and botanical and safe to use and very little is needed but you should also wash and tone to get the very best from Arbonne You can goolge our ingredients and see for yourself. If your skin is over 25 i recommend the nutrimin c re9 anti-ageing set if under the not so basic intellegence's line and you will notice a difference in your skin in 3 days and your welcome just click on my profile no one is all natural but arbonne is so close it isn't funny, we have to use preservatives and we use the least amount so our shelve life is only 2 years other wise you would have to stick it in the refigerator. Plus we have the highest quality botanicals money can buy and have been rated an A+ for over 25 years. No one can beat that no one. So do yourself a favor and check these products out you won't have to look any further for a great skin care line again. We rebuild the peptides and put the elastisin back into your skin and no one else can or will be able to do this because we own our own formulations to work the oily t-zone and dry area's wrinkles fine line and age spots.
