how do you get healthy acne free skin,acne mainly on back and arms .I am 29?

I am 29 and have acne on my back and arms ,its seems as thow my skin dose not respond to any treatment .chinees treatment ,antibiotics,scrubs I have tried them all .dose any oney know of a proven natural remedy ?
