- Try Cliniques 3 Step Acne Advantage system! It's reallllllllly helped my skin. Its got a face wash with Salicylic acid, a toner with SA and then a moisterizer with benzyol peroxide. Good luck!
- Honestly i found that the best things are clearasil and Clean&Clear. I use Clean&Clear blackhead scrub, then Astringent, then i use Clearasil acne vanishing cream. It seems to really work! I ran out of the clearasil at one point and had to stop using it for a while, my skin broke out like mad, now that im using it again its gotten A LOT better.
- the patricia wexler products from bath and body works works the best for me i did the whole proactiv thing and it made my acne worse.
- i use dr. wexler products and they work pretty well. the best thing just go to a doctor and they can give you a medcine it is cheap and easy the wexler line is over $60 the doctor has better stuff for a fraction of the price
- if you want something form a drugstore buy clean and clear control cleanser with the clean and clear advantage oil-free moisturizer. if you have oily skin use both in the morning and at night. if you have combination or dry skin use only at night and apply the moisturizer in the morning. dont use bad makeup! for oily skin use powder. liquid foundation and oily skin just dont work well together. an awesome powder is physicians formula mineral loose powder. it soaks up unwanted oil and helps sensitive and acne prone skin. but the last thing you want to do is put loose powder on dry skin. dry skin needs to be hydrated throughout the day. use physicians formula mineral liquid makeup. it also helps sensitive and acne prone skin. another thing you can do with any kind of skin type is go with all natural cleansers. try zyporex, its all natural and just for acne. it gives you a really clean feeling. natural can be the best thing because it doesnt contain harsh chemicals that can irritate your face rather than help.
- If you really want to get the best, try "clear now skin care". Quixtar.com actually holds their whole line of treatment.... its salicylic acid that you want. Believe me im in med school. This product has done great for me and it removes the bacteria that ultimately cause the acne and helps remove blemishes from previous attacks. If you use this product in conjunction with reducing your sugar intake, believe me there is a perfect path of skin in your future.
