what is a natural way to heal acne?

  8. Don't touch your face. Don't pick at it... try to keep it clean the best you can, also.

  10. look at your diet. Leave out greasy food, and eat lots of fruit and veg. No fatty meat, just chicken and fish. Yours skin is whats on the inside.

  14. If no products work, no natural remedies will either. Go to a dermatologist and they will decide what is best for your skin type. They have certain pills you can be perscribed that find those bumps and eliminate them. The best you can do for now is to wash your face everyday, two times a day and use a spot treatment during the day and at night. Never pick at your acne or scrub it too hard, that will irratate your skin and cause the beakout to last two times longer. Wash your hair daily with none oily shampoos, Pantene is the worst. Change your pillow case often because your oily hair rubs on it and then on your face. Always use non-comogenic products, that means no oils. Remember that scientists have not proved that diet affects your acne, so eat whatever you want but if foods defenitly seem to affect it, stay away from that food. You never get results emediately so be patient and good luck.
  15. keep your skin dry stop putting loads of lotions on try aloe facial calmer from body shop works great for me, but remember after you put it on to wipe off with a cotton pad
  16. You can make your own face mask. I know that avocado works well, or oats ( put in blender) egg whites are supposed to work, but i don't know if you want to put them on your face!
  17. just wash your face three times a day with plain white Dove soap. Drink aloe vera juice often and put either actual aloe vera gel from the plant (costs about six dollars) or put the actual aloe vera juice on your face daily....this will do the trick! au natur'al
  18. I wouldn't suggest you keep washing your face all the time because that could dry it out. Once with warm water in the morning and a St Ives cleanser with Salicylic Acid in the evening, they have one that also fights blemishes.   20. I always kept it in mind what my mom's advice regarding acne, keep your face clean all the time, wash with warm water, plain soap. Let the acne dry by itself, do not ... do not pinch or burst it at all because it will leave mark and dark spot. Avoid eating oily and fatty foods. Drink and eat plenty of sour fruits and juices. Not to forget to drink lots of water everyday too.

  22. Try drinking 1 cup a day of aloe vera juice for at least 2 weeks to see results. It has a bitter taste, but it has done wonders for my skin b/c I use to break out real bad but when I started drinking that my skin started clearing up and people would ask me if I had makeup on b/c my skin looked flawless.
