  3. It really does work cause I've used it for about 2 years now and it works great for me I would recommend it to nebody I know.
  4. yes it does!!! i didnt think it would for me cuz i had really oily skin and acne but now almost all of it is gone and i've used it for a month
  5. To be honest with you it does work! But its takes a while to work. So i recommend you ask your Doctor to prescribe u a gel cream called :" ERYTHROMYCIN- BENZOYL PEROXIDE TOPICAL GEL. It really worked for me and its " FREE" and fast. So trying talking to your Doctor about it.
  6. Proactiv does work, but only if you use it consistently. As soon as you stop using it your acne will come back and will get worse, at least this is what I can say from my family's experience using this product.
  7. I'm 26 and it works, just try it
  8. I was told that it does work, but only if you continue to use it. My friend said that as soon as she stopped her face broke out worse than before. Good luck.
  9. yes!!!! i used to have bad acne and it totally cleared up my skin.
  10. It works for a lot of people. Some people it don't work for. If you follow the directions it works for most people.
  11. My teenage daughter uses it and it works great. I will tell you that Mary Kay also works wonderfully but either can be pricey. The trick is that which ever one you choose, you must be disciplined and use it just as it states. Skipping a day here and there will only cause you to be disappointed. Good luck to you.
  12. you should try splashing saltwater on your face every day for a week before you try anything else. perform the following steps twice a day: step 1. wash your hands with soap step 2. fill sink 1/4 full step 3. add about 2 tablespoons of plain old salt step 4. mix around with hands step 5. splash saltwater on face with your hands step 6. pat dry with a clean towel
  13. see now proactive is one of them "i need my acne gone now " kinda medications. and yes my friend it really does work. have you seen the infomercial?? i use proactive my self. and i have been pimple, black head, white head....ewww i know free. but i will give you a little tip woman to woman ok? it only helps acne not your oily skin let me put it better...if you have dry skin and use proactive your skin will start to look like you have leprosy. in your case you have oily skin..it will every time you use it it will feel like you just dipped you hand into McDonald's fry grease and rubbed it all over your face.....SO if you want to try it you should but if you want skin to look like it was dipped in olive oil be my guest. good luck.
  14. My skin is about as oily as it gets. I'm 28 years old and I have tried everything from Accutane to Stridex to clear my acne. I used ProActiv when I was about 22 and it worked great in the begining, but that didn't last long. I'm afraid my story is just one of many similar ones. Not to mention, it takes a lot of discipline (3-step process) and money to keep the regimen going. Back when I was using it I had to pay $39.95 for the package. And they atomatically renewed it every 60 days. (Isn't that kind of them?) You can, however, pick how often you want it renewed -- up to a certain length. In my opinion it's not worth the time and money. For me, I have found 10% Benzoyl Peroxide to be the best overall treatment of acne. It's not as expensive and dangerous as the almighty, potent Accutane, and it doesn't irritate your skin like products that contain alcohol or fragrance. I use Clean&Clear Persa-Gel10. It's relatively cheap, oderless, colorless and I only have to put it on once a day after I shower. CAUTION: 10% Benzoyl Peroxide solution may be too strong for most people and may cause skin to overdry. 2.5% is the standard (found in most typical regular strength OTC creams).
