  1. proactive mask
  2. a lot of people rave over that info-merical stuff, begins with a P...can't remember??? but a homemade routine is applying lemon juice to the pimple for a minute or two, and then snap a branch of an aloe vera plant and squeeze the juice from it on to the pimple. good luck.
  3. double cleanse to make sure is clean, apply hyaluronic acid essence for moisturize and control the oily skin. cut down oily food.
  4. you gotta have a balanced PH. dont eat chocolate or candy because its highly acidic. drink lemon juice (squeeze it yourself) once a day because it is highly alkaline. drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.... keep healthy. try to exercise a lot to sweat, it gets rid of the toxins in your skin.... You can also try ProActive its been recommended by lots of people..
  5. It really depends on what type of acne you have. Im also 13! :) And I just went to my doctor. I have tried OXY mask, Proactive,Neutrogena, so many treatments.. and none worked! She prescribed Klaron Lotion for morning and night (Wash face before use), and Retin-A for after Klaron dries at night. I only started this two days ago.. and theres a HUGE difference in my skin!!! Ask your doctor about Klaron and Retin-A if you have oily skin.. hope this helps! ^-^
  6. a soap called ambi that u can get at the local fred's or family dollar store it will help dry out some pimples
  7. biore it works great
  8. wet a hand towel with water as hot as you can stand on your face. then apply it to you zit for as long as you can stand it, or until it cools. repeat 3-4 times per zit. for popped zits, apply Neosporin after washing
  9. Applying lavander essential oil works wonders. I didn't really believe it until someone reccomded I try it instead of the standard on the shelf stuff. Besides that, I have found the following things matter and tend to effect acne. 1) Eating sugar (and artifical ones). If you eat no sugar your predispotion to acne drops a lot. Mine completely vanished when I did. 2) Eating greasy fried food (aka fast food). I noticed I was able to feel outbreaks coming on as I ate the stuff. I think sugar matters more though. 3) Getting rid of hair covering the face (so beards, sideburns, or long curly hair that gets to your cheaks). I don't know why this one matters but it does. 4) Washing the face with water from a shower. The more you wash it the better it gets. However, chlorine which is in all tap water irritates it as well, so if you get the chance to get a chlorine shower filter that goes a long way to fixing your skin (and hair). There are some other anecdotal things I am not sure of in anyway about acne, but I'd leave it as; if you are generally healthy then you will not get acne, so most of the time its best to just think of acne as an indictator for your body. Then again its a pretty awful one to deal with, and I went through a lot of grief before I figured out what I just told you.
