Whats your "health" regimen?

I'm going to start taking better care of my body. So, if you can, answer these questions: What do you do daily, weekly and monthly: Workout regimen (to lose or maintain your weight): Your Makeup regimen (or what you recommend for a fair skinned, hazel eyed dark brunette) Can you suggest some natural and bold ways to do it? (a lot of ways to do it is GREAT!) Your clear skin regimen (cleanse, moisturize, and protect or what you do and what you use) to keep it healthy, glowing and soft: Your skin (what do you use for body acne and best moisturzing lotion): Your hair care What shampoos and leave-in things: Your hairstyles (cute ways to do for school) And how to keep your teeth white. Other tips like doing nails is great!

  1. Too much to mention. Well, I love fruits In the morning - Wake up at 7 or 8. I use cleanser, wash my face, brush my teeth, take a shower, use face tonic, use cream, use sunblock, use make up (eyeliner, mascara, nude lipstick and lipgloss), use body lotion, have breakfast (scrabbled egg, or cereal, or toast and a glass of hot milk), go to college I have lunch at 1 or 2 pm In the afternoon - I go to the gym (3 to 4 times a week) I have dinner at 7 or 8 or 9 pm. At night - I use cleanser, wash my face, use face tonic, use 2 hours night cream, take a shower, brush my teeth, wash my face, use lotion, sleep around midnight. I do facial treatment once a month For hair I use shampoo, conditioner, hair tonic, hair serum, and have a hair spa once a month. To keep my teeth white? I just brush my teeth 3 times a day, use listerine, and go to dentist once a month.
